Welcome to Travel With la French! These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing and booking through our site, you agree to these terms.

1. Payment Terms

To confirm your reservation, a 45% deposit is required. Full payment must be made 60 days before arrival. Bank fees are the responsibility of the client. Flights, if included, must be paid in full upon confirmation. Travel With la French is not liable for missed bookings due to payment delays.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation fees are as follows:

  • More than 61 days before arrival: 45% cancellation fee.
  • Between 60-45 days before arrival: 60% cancellation fee.
  • Between 44-32 days before arrival: 90% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 31 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee.

Deposits are non-refundable. This policy helps us maintain operations, secure our partnerships, and ensure high service standards.

3. Insurance

Travel With la French does not provide travel insurance. We strongly recommend all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and other travel-related issues.

4. Liability

We act as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during your trip. Clients should refer to their insurance policies for coverage.

5. Travel Documentation

Clients are responsible for ensuring their travel documents (passports, visas) are valid. We are not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.

6. Changes to Itineraries

Travel With la French reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or partner changes. We will provide equivalent alternatives when necessary.

7. Privacy and Data Use

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Grenoble.
