These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) exclusively govern the sale of tourist services offered by Travel With la French.
These T&Cs apply to any online or offline sale of the operator’s products. They are accessible at any time on the website and can be consulted directly or sent on request. They are valid for any order placed with Travel With la French, and acceptance is obligatory before any order is validated.
These T&Cs follow Article R211-3 of the Tourism Code and include the agency’s liability for selling transport tickets or tourist services.
Article L211-16 of the Tourism Code stipulates that the agency is fully liable for the services included in its tourist packages as defined in Article L211-2, except in exceptional and unavoidable circumstances.
Travel With la French offers services that include various tourist experiences, such as safaris, guided tours, cultural stays, and tailor-made getaways.
Each product is accompanied by a detailed description specifying the main characteristics of the offer (duration, type of customer must be of legal age according to their national legislation to be able to subscribe to the services offered and agrees to read and accept the T&Cs before confirming any order. Accommodation, activities included, etc.).
The photographs used on the site to illustrate are not contractual and are for information purposes only. All products offered comply with current French laws.
Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Travel With la French is committed to protecting its customers’ payment information and guarantees their confidentiality by current laws.
Transactions are secured via encryption systems that comply with European standards. Travel With la French never has direct access to its customers’ banking data.
A credit card payment implies the customer accepts the transaction terms and agrees to honor the payment.
All service prices are displayed in euros (€), and all taxes are included (TTC). Additional costs such as management, issuance, or delivery fees are excluded.
If applicable, the customer is responsible for all bank charges related to international payments. Travel With la French applies the VAT regime in force for travel agencies in France.
The prices indicated when ordering are in effect on the ticket issue date or any tourist service.
However, prices may be modified depending on variations in certain external factors such as local taxes, exchange rates, or fuel surcharges. In this case, the customer will be informed as soon as possible before confirming their reservation.
A contract is deemed formed and accepted once payment has been validated by Travel With la French and the customer has received an email confirming the reservation.
Acceptance of the T&Cs is mandatory for the formation of the contract.
Travel With la French retains full ownership of the products sold until the customer pays the full price of the service. This includes booked tourist services, airline tickets, and other travel-related services.
The customer must comply with all administrative and police formalities necessary for their trip (e.g., passport, visa, vaccinations).
Travel With la French cannot be held responsible for refusals to board or enter the destination country due to customers’ failure to comply with formalities.
Transport tickets
Cancellation conditions for airline and other transport tickets vary depending on the airline.
Each airline has its own cancellation and modification policy, which the customer accepts at the time of purchase. If the customer does not arrive at the airport, 100% of the file’s amount is due. Any change of return flight must be managed directly with the airline and may incur additional costs.
Tourist services
The offer description mentions the costs of changing or canceling tourist services. If no indication is provided, the specific conditions of the service provider or tour operator apply.
Some services offered by Travel With la French are available only on request. The customer will be informed as soon as availability is confirmed.
By article L-221-28 of the Consumer Code, the customer does not benefit from a right of withdrawal after having accepted a travel contract.

All elements of the site (texts, logos, drawings, software, etc.) are protected by French and international law relating to intellectual property. No reproduction, modification, or unauthorized use of the elements of the site is permitted without the express consent of Travel With la French.
Travel With la French is not responsible for unforeseeable or unavoidable events that prevent the performance of the agreed services. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, or political conflicts.
The guarantees are covered by articles L217-4, L217-5, L217-7, L217-9, and L217-12 of the Consumer Code and 1641 and 1648 of the Civil Code.
Travel With la French site may contain links to other external websites. The operator assumes no responsibility for the content of these third-party sites.
By accepting these T&Cs, the customer authorizes Travel With la French to mention his name as a reference in his internal or external communications (brochures, leaflets, websites, etc.).
These General Terms and Conditions contractually bind the customer and Travel With la French when the client accepts them.
Travel With la French reserves the right to modify the content of its site or these T&Cs at any time and without notice. Customers are required to consult the T&Cs before making a reservation.
In a dispute, the customer must first address his complaint directly to Travel With la French via the contact details mentioned in Article 14. If no amicable solution is found, the customer may resort to mediation via Mediation Tourisme et Voyage (MTV).

Personal information collected by Travel With la French is processed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The customer can access, rectify, and delete their data. To exercise these rights, the customer can contact Travel With la French at margot@travelwithlafrench.com.
The data collected will not be shared with third parties without the client’s explicit consent, except in cases where this is necessary for the execution of tourist services.
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. By accepting these conditions when booking, the customer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions and accepts them without reservation.
The customer also acknowledges having the legal capacity to contract and respect the financial obligations related to purchasing Travel With the French services.
Travel With la French is committed to meeting the specific requests of people with reduced mobility (PRM). The customer must notify any particular requests when booking so that suitable solutions can be considered.
A deposit of 40% of the total must be paid when booking to confirm a reservation. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before departure.
Full payment is required immediately if the reservation is made within 30 days of departure.
